Chopta is a small region of meadows and evergreen forest area, a part of Kedarnath wildlife sanctuary located in Uttarakhand state, India and a base for trekking to Tungnath, the third temple of Panch Kedar which lies 3.5 kilometres away. Chopta is famous for its monuments of historical and religious importance — from Chandrashila to the Tungnath Temple and more. It is also home to rare species of animals, plants and birds and welcomes birders as well as trekkers and other adventure sports enthusiasts.

  • Registration Charges are non refundable and transferable .
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases , we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
  • In case of Lockdown in destination place, credit shell will be released , you can use it in future bookings , after deduction of IRCTC/Airline Cancellation Charges
Payment Terms
  • Standard check in time 11 AM so early check in subject to availability .Your cooperation will be appreciable.
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
  • Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
  • Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager without any refunds.
  • Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Registration once booked cannot be cancelled , transferred and exchanged.
  • Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle .
  • Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening , theft , loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.
